Returns Policy

We hope that you will be more than happy with your order, but if you change your mind & decide to return any goods, you must notify us within 7 Days from the day you receive your goods. We will then arrange a collection. The goods then must be returned to us in their original condition & packaging. Once the goods have been received by us in this satisfactory condition, a full refund to the value of the goods will be issued*

RETURNS PROCEDURE: For all Returns & Warranty Repairs, please contact us either by email: [email protected] or call 0330 999 8665. If we have arranged a courier to collect your returned goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present when the courier arrives as we are unable to specify an exact collection time.

*Please note: If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by you the customer & deducted from the refund. However, on the rare occasion we have delivered you faulty, incorrectly supplied or defective goods, DTS will arrange a return delivery free of charge at no cost to yourself.
